The story behind Commissioning HR
Commissioning HR was set up as a response to the needs of many businesses across the South West region. Primary research shows that organisations across the South West of all shapes and sizes outsource some or all aspects of HR. Some very small organisations are left unsupported through the complexities of employment legislation.
v SME’s – often do not need to employ a permanent HR Professional but do need to understand the legislation around employing their staff. Overlooking even some simple employment practices can cost employers greatly if challenged.
v Public Sector Employers – are having less internal resources due to budget pressures and recognise that they will need to buy in extra resources from time to time.
v Larger Corporations – also have shrinking resources and recognise the need to buy in specialist HR resources to complement their existing HR provision.
